CLASSES



Regular Spin
This is our signature high intensity low impact class in which we ride to the rhythm of the music. For 45 minutes, with a warm up and a cool down, we do sprints, climbs and endurance training while having lots of fun. It’s suitable for varying fitness levels as you can control the intensity with your bike’s own resistance knob.
Beginners Spin
These classes are great for those who have never done spinning before. We focus on all the basics from bike settings to posture while we guide you through the terminology. The workout is still tough though you get more recovery time. Some regulars love coming to this class! Book in Tuesdays and Saturdays at 11 am.
Teen Spin
This dedicated class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 pm is suitable for all teens from the age of 12 years. Our expertly teen trained instructor, Talya, takes the teens through a tough yet fun class focussed purely on them.
HiiT Spin
These tough classes focus purely on High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) which translates into lots of short bursts of sprinting with recovery times. This type of training significantly boosts your cardiovascular fitness.
Themed Rides
Occasionally we have specific themed rides like Michael Jackson and Pop Themed Rides. These fun-filled classes have tailor made playlists for favourite artists and tracks. Watch the schedule and follow the newsletter for news about upcoming Themed Rides.
