HILS

Hils was co-founder of The CyClub and was so passionate about teaching spin, she decided to set up the business with Sharon when she heard LA fitness Finchley was closing. She worked in the fitness industry for 10 years as a personal trainer and is a certified spin instructor. After a life devoted to her 2 children, fitness, spinning and helping others, Hils passed away on 06-08-2023.

She will forever be missed and we will remember her by continuing to spin with the knowledge and love she shared with us. 💗
